A selfstanding house with two apartments in Premantura, Istria. Perfect for holiday on the sea. Located in the protected landscape Kamenjak that offers thirty kilometers of beautiful beaches with small bays and crystal clear water. APARTMENT 1 for 6.persons, located on the first floor, has 60m2 and consists of 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room, hallway and terase.Apartment is equiped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. APARTMENT 2 for 2-4persons is located on the ground floor has 40m2 and consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The house is surounded with the beautiful green garden.
